- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. User Content & Responsibility
Users may upload text, images, logos, and embed third-party content such as YouTube videos (“User Content”).
Each user is solely responsible for all content displayed on their profile page. UrjaCommercials.com does not create, edit, endorse, or verify User Content.
4. Content Ownership & Rights Warranty
By uploading or displaying content, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and display it, including logos, branding, and images.
5. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Users must not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. We respond promptly to valid infringement notices.
6. Embedded Third-Party Content (YouTube)
Users may embed YouTube videos by providing a video ID. Such content is streamed directly from YouTube and remains subject to YouTube’s terms. UrjaCommercials.com does not host or control embedded videos.
7. No Pre-Screening
We do not actively monitor, review, or pre-screen user content and assume no responsibility for its legality or ownership.
8. Content Removal & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts without notice if required by law, upon receipt of valid complaints, or to protect the Platform.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrjaCommercials.com and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your content or use of the Platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
UrjaCommercials.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user content or platform use.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
